WOW I"VE BEEN WORKING ON THIS FOR A LONG TIME
actually I've been putting off working on this for a long time XD
anyway, its Gimli at pippin and diamonds wedding. I was flipping through my copym of The Letters of JRR Tolkien (like 2 years ago) and there was an entry in there about hobbit marriage customs! aparently hobbits don't give away gifts at weddings, and so assuming Gimli didn't get this memo when he recceived his invitation, diamond was quite surprised to recceive a lavish gift such as a dwarven necklace. I have a sketch of the necklace in my scraps
diamond's expression is awkward wonky and i'm down right not pleased with it, but the paper was wearing thin from erasing, so I had to settle with it.
and a black-haired gimli. I thought it sounded fun.
