Well, for the past 4 years, I've been attempting to draw the scene from RotK where Pippin Finds merry wandering aimlessly through minas tirith, dazed injured and confused and pippin finds him, and then he sits down and lays merry in his lap *cue the aww*

alright, well, the fact that I've been trying to draw that scene for 4 years now should probably be an indication that I HAVE NOT BEEN HAVING SUCCESS D:
so, I'm taking it in a piece by piece manner...
This take on it was a bit more expressive.....merry's all black cause he's like almost dead...and those red arms are pippin's warming merry's hand.....the top of his arm is screwed, but honestly, I think those are some of the best hands I've ever drawn in my life!
Can you see the sparklies? because I put some in there, but I can't see them anymore....and as much as I hate using glitter or sparkles in art, I felt compelled to this time, since I bought this marker called a "Twinklette" essentially, it has glitter ink....not just shiny or sparkley, but actual confetti glitter bits amidst black ink.....it's fun...

hmmmm....I'm not sure if 'u' 'no's' that dragons were the 'domonet' reptile of [the] world's history....however if by 'u', YOU mean ME, I suppose the answer would be yes, I did know that; of course it depends on what exactly you are referring to. Their prominence in mythology and symbology across time and the globe is something I've been aware of for most of my short life. Of course DOMINANT *reptile* could imply dinosaur (which according to the theories of some anthropologists are one in the same, based on primordial fears hardwired into the human brain) but then again, that would be ancient history, since they now only remain in the fossil record.
eh, but now I'm just drabbling in errantry
